Benjamin Mora, York United’s Head Coach, gives insight on his mindset after spoiling Atletico Ottawa’s record breaking win streak, “It feels very good but also we need to analyze the game, for me it’s just another game. I know the importance of Atletico Ottawa, I know how they were coming from a good run unbeaten, but I give credit to the boys… But we need to work a lot, there is too many mistakes in different faces of the game” A very respectable point of view coming off a huge win. Although they did well this is the regular season and each team will be learning off each game to improve for the next, and he’s shown that he will not be letting this get to the players heads for the future and will be treated like any other win. Hopefully this attitude and analyzing what went well for them and what didn’t can assist them moving forward in the season because I sure believe the entire Atletico Ottawa organization will be very clear on how this historic run came to an end.
