The Brampton Honey Badgers defeated the Montreal Alliance 90-87 for the second time in the last two weeks, making them 2-3 in their last five games. Brampton seems to be Montreal’s kryptonite, consistently winning against them despite struggles with other teams. Last night, center Shamiel Stevenson led the scoring with 22 points and 8 rebounds. This win highlights Brampton’s knack for beating Montreal, adding another victory to their season. They’ve consistently improved throughout the season climbing the ladder from the bottom to the middle of the table. I’m excited to see what this team will be capable of towards the end of the season.
